This Buck 110 Auto came out of the Buck Custom Shop a while back. Buck played with the idea of producing the auto's themselves and they made two prototypes before scrapping the idea. This is one of the two prototypes. It came from the Custom Shop with no scales, a rough finished frame, finished mirror polished blade with Custom shop stamp, and Bucks own auto mechanism. From there the knife ended up with Butch Vallotton who finished it with beautiful genuine North Seas Mammoth Ivory handle scales and a custom button. This is the smoothest action I have ever seen on a leaf spring auto. If you are a serious Buck collector or a collector of rare fine knives, Do Not miss your chance to own this beauty.
