Smooth synthetic ivory delrin handle scales, the front scale is etched RONALD REAGAN 1980 with a picture of an Elephant. Satin finished stainless steel spear point blade and pen blade. Both blades have great snap. Brass liners. Awesome collectible Ronald Reagan campaign knife. This knife is in near mint condition.
