Smooth yellow delrin handle scales. Polished high carbon steel clip point blade and smaller spear point pen blade. Both blades have good extra strong open, close, and half snap. Tang stamped CASE XX USA - 3299-1/2 with dots indicating this knife is from the 1970's. Brass liners and handle pins. Nickel silver bolsters and inlaid Case oval shield. This old knife is in near mint condition. Will make an excellent user or addition to any collection.
