Fashioned from AUS 8A stainless steel (which outperforms ATS-34), these blades are precision flat ground to form a long shallow V cross section. The serrated edges form a sinuous double curve. This means that whatever material is struck with the inward curving portion of the edge (nearest the hand) will automatically force the remaining outward curved edge entirely through. Brand new in box.
