Gorgeous antique genuine stag handle scales. High carbon steel spear point blade stamped "G. WOSTENHOLM & SON WASHINGTON WORKS SHEFFIELD - IXL". Full tang. Nickel silver double guard, handle pins, and inlaid shield. Made in Sheffield, England between 1848 and the 1870's. This antique knife is in excellent condition and has a really nice patina. Comes in black zip up pouch.

We acquired this knife from a gentleman in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. He found the knife behind horsehair plaster in a false room behind his master fireplace while making renovations. He said his home was built in the 1600's. This knife is awesome and the story with it is awesome as well.
