The blades of these I*XL knives were made and put into storage in the 1980's by Parker Cutlery. The late Jim Parker licensed the I*XL name and decided to reproduce the most popular patterns in Japan. Subsequently, Parker Cutlery filed for bankruptcy and the blades have been in storage since then. They were recently found and are now available for purchase. Stainless clip blade has Logo etch with WOSTENHOLM tang stamp. Blade has nice long fancy nail pull with jimping on spine. Nickel silver bolsters. Laminated wood handles secured with 5 brass pins on each side. Brass liners and brass lined lanyard hole. Great Knives Great Value.
