This beautiful hand made custom Damascus Bowie Knife with Hamon Line is one of only three bowie knives made by Jerry Rados in 2008, and this is the only one that had a hamon line. 500 layer random pattern damascus and a hamon for retaining a tougher cutting edge of razor sharpness. The steel is W2/203E high carbon tool steel with a 3% nickel alloy and a differential heat treatment giving it the hamon line which is usually only seen on Samurai swords where the toughest edge is below the hamon line. Beautiful hot blued S guard, end cap and pommel with lanyard hole. Awesome Sambar stag handle. Comes with heavy duty leather sheath hand made by Jerry, also stamped RADOS 11 01 08. 100% sole authorship made by Jerry Rados.
