The Kershaw Stockman was part of Kershaw's Easy Rider Series, which was mostly offered in the 1970's and 1980's. 

Follows is an Easy Rider write-up copied from an old Kershaw catalog:
The Easy Rider™ heavy duty knives carry comfortably in trousers pocket for every day use. There are no sharp corners to wear through your clothes. Incorporating lightweight and streamlined design with big and brawny blades, the thin stainless steel cases are detailed with handsome rosewood inlays.

The Stockman has a nice brushed stainless case with a rosewood inlay. The AUS6, high carbon stainless steel, blades are hollow ground and mirror polished. The inside of the stainless case is also mirror polished to keep corrosion at a minimum (a practice seldom done any more). The blades open smoothly, and snap shut. This is a very well made knife. A Quality Kershaw knife that is very hard to find.
