The Ultratech is Microtech's original double action out the front knife, and has been the foundation of their entire OTF line. Over the years, it has gone through several modifications, each time becoming more efficient and reliable. The Ultratech's spring remains in an "at rest" position at all times except when deployed. This ensures that the compressed spring will not become fatigued, assuring users that when the knife is fired, it will operate effectively. The Ultratech's lightweight, one handed open and close action, slim shape, and scalpel sharp blade make it a one of a kind knife!
This model features the older flat body style with the Usual Suspects Network green anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handle scales. Two tone black/satin finished ELMAX stainless steel bayonet style double edge blade etched "2013". All black tactical domed tri wing hardware. Reversible pocket clip, lanyard hole, and glass breaker. The clip features the Microtech logo. The blade has the Microtech logo and model information. The handle has the USN The Gathering logo etched on the front. This is a limited special edition made for the 5th annual USN The Gathering knife show in Las Vegas from 2013. Like new in box, box is a replacement that has a little shelf wear.
