Description
Microtech Ultratech Hellhound Razor Stonewash Standard Signature Series 119R-10S
The Ultratech from Microtech is one of their most popular models, it definately provides the most bang for the buck. It will forever set the standard for all out the front knives. The Ultratech is Microtech's original double action out the front knife, and has been the foundation of their entire OTF line. Over the years, it has gone through several modifications, each time becoming more efficient and reliable. The Ultratech's spring remains in an "at rest" position at all times except when deployed. This ensures that the compressed spring will not become fatigued, assuring users that when the knife is fired, it will operate effectively. The Ultratech's lightweight, one handed open and close action, slim shape, and scalpel sharp blade make it a one of a kind knife!
This limited edition signature series model has black anodized 6061-T6 contoured aluminum handle scales, the front has the Sean Marfione dagger logo. Stonewash finished M390 stainless steel hellhound razor blade. Bead blast finished hardware, reversible pocket clip, lanyard hole, and glass breaker. The clip features the Microtech Claw logo, Sean Marfione signature series logo, and production date. This is a wicked cool blade, a must have! Brand new in box.

Not practical for EDC (knife clip is inadequate)
So I’m writing this review a while after purchase so as to give a true assessment. And after it got lost after it fell out of my pocket. Firstly I want to point out this is a really great Knife, good quality craftsmanship well built and very nice. I was super stoked to get it. But there is a pretty big issue with the clip. There were a few times that it would slide up out of my pocket and I would come close to losing it. I would have to check to make sure it stayed put on more than a few occasions. Well recently it slid up and fell out of my pocket completely unknown by me. No idea where it is. Now this is the second time this has happened to me. The first knife a Benchmade Infidel relatively the same size did the excact same thing. My basic conclusion is that the size and clip design are not designed for someone who is active( bending, stooping, squatting)or not designed to be secured in your front pants pocket. Twice the fool, that’s me. Don’t buy this knife or style of knife unless you plan on putting in a bag or a securing knife pouch. I’m out a little under a 1000.00 bucks due to the fact that the clip is inadequate in keeping it in my front pocket. I hope my experience helps with you purchase. Get something smaller.
