Pro-Tech's TR-3 Tactical Response III is a medium sized automatic knife with all of the features you would expect to find only on more expensive models. We realize that you can't expect one knife to cover every situation, which is why we like the TR-3 Tactical, now you can have an attractive knife for jeans or suit use, while reserving the solid, Tactical model for when your work is a bit more serious; without having to adjust your reflexes for a different knife.
This model features fish scale textured blue anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handle scales. Stonewash drop point 154CM blade. Brand new in box.

PRO-TECH TR-3 X1 BLUE FISH SCALE HANDLE
Pro-Tech Tactical Response 3 X1 solid blue aluminum fish scales are perfect for grip traction and appearance. Pro-Tech's Type 3 anodizing is “hardcoat” using sulfuric acid or mixed chemistry electrolytes is flawless. The 154CM blade is centered and has a great factory edge. Pro-Tech TR-3 coil spring action is consistent, fast and strong, extremely satisfying. Pro-Tech TR-3 fits an XL Mechanix glove size hand perfectly. Definitely recommended Pro-Tech and AEK for knife purchases. AEK shipping is fast and efficient, communication is beyond acceptable. A handwritten note from Brittney saying "Thank you" is a nice touch. I've purchased four additional Pro-Tech hard to get high end knives from AEK. Jordan and LeNeigh are awesome owners of American Edge Knives. (AEK) selection of Pro-Tech Knives are outstanding and great prices. AEK www site is well suitable for locating specific knives from a wide range of manufacturers.

I have several TR-3's they are one of my top 2 favorite patterns! Perfect fit and design for my hand. Upper medium size but in my hand they don't feel like it they just become one with my hand. Alright I'll stop now before I get all Jedi about it LOL! In short, ROCK SOLID, superb deployment and lockup and a lot of Pro-Tech for the money! This is my 3rd from AE alone. I have some for EDC that sometimes get bashed on. I have 1 in Damascus that sits in my display but just keep the others sharp, clean and well lubed because they simply DON'T give up!
