Pro-Tech TR-5 SA.1 Lerch Titanium Assist Black Handle Stonewash Blade

Pro-Tech has added the TR-5 to the Tactical Response lineup. It is basically a scaled down pocket friendly version of the TR-4 with an assisted opening mechanism rather than an auto mechanism. The Lerch Titanium Assist mechanism in these was developed by custom knife maker Matthew Lerch and it is excellent. It requires sufficient force on the thumb stud to activate making it entirely safe but it snaps the blade out with almost instant action rivaling its automatic brothers. Another benefit of the assist mechanism is that it makes this knife legal to carry in most places.

This model features black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum handle scales. Stonewash finished CPM-S35VN stainless steel drop point blade. Two tone finished stainless steel glass breaker and lanyard loop. Removable black pocket clip for tip-up carry. The blade is marked with the Pro-Tech logo and model information. Brand new in box.
