Brisket knife includes its own wooden saya, or sheath. New in box.
Both the Asian multi prep knife and the boning/fillet knife feature the Shun Classic's beautiful Damascus-clad blades with Shun's proprietary high performance VG-MAX stainless steel cutting core and D-shaped ebony Pakkawood handles. The Brisket knife is made of Japanese AUS10A blade is highly refined, high carbon, vanadium stainless steel with hollow ground indentations to help food release more easily from the blade.
