In that spirit, the Sage 5 Lightweight Salt proudly features a blade crafted from CPM MagnaCut, a revolutionary particle metallurgy steel that offers an exceptional balance of edge retention, toughness, and the extreme corrosion resistance we require of our Salt Series knives. The full flat ground, PlainEdge blade is supported by a high strength Compression Lock  mechanism housed within a lightweight, open backed handle with fiberglass reinforced nylon (FRN) scales. Molded in a high visibility yellow color, the scales feature a BiDirectional Texture pattern for a secure, non slip grip and are home to a reversible, deep pocket wire clip. Like all Salt Series folders, the clip, liners, and all handle hardware are also crafted from marine grade materials. Brand new in box.
